SD Card after Master Reset

I had my phone crash and had to do a wipe in order to get back running. Because of this, I cannot access the SD card anymore. The data is still there, but the phone just wants to wipe it. How can I get this data back?

    If the SD card was encrypted by Android and you've made a factory reset - you cannot recover the files.
