USB-C Dongle not working for 3.5mm headphone on Razer 2 Phone

My dongle just stopped working. I have the initial dogle that came with the phone and it was working for a few weeks ago. The blluetooth works fine as well as the charging. Any help or guidance to get this working would be great .

When you plug it in, do you get any kind of notification from the OS? See if you do. Also, try plugging them into a computer that takes USB-C, and see if they work there. If they don't work on the phone AND the laptop, then there is probably a fault in the dongle itself.
