i have to agree Razer CS really improved leaps and bounds over the past couple years.
Used to be horrid, but now i can be assured that someone will always respond and take care of me.
So this is indeed well-deserved, team!

I hope this is only laptop wise. I had a few cases with the customer support and they're not that good after all.

i've had good experiences previously with RazerPay too

Pleased to hear, unforunately I've heard that support for peripherals isn't the best, I feel like they are trying to improve in that area tho
