Next week, February 15, we'll be temporarily shutting down Insider while we do some magic behind the scenes. This shutdown will last about a week as there's a lot that needs to get done. During that time the site will be read-only, meaning you won't be able to post anything or take any action, but you will still be able to read threads.
This also means that you should claim any Razer Silver that needs to be claimed as you will not be able to claim any rewards on Razer Insider during this period.
We'd also like to take this moment to announce that we're making changes to the Razer Insider Silver rewards system. When Insider comes back online, the current achievements system will be gone. We have plans for Insiders to earn Razer Silver in a new way and we'll share that information when we're ready to announce the details of the new system.
Earning achievements and getting rewarded with Razer Silver was a fun and interactive way for our users to engage with Razer and the community, but as time went on and the community began to evolve, we decided that the current iteration needed to evolve as well. And with more ways to earn Silver on Cortex and our new RazerStore Rewards program, Insider's achievements felt a bit unimpactful.
Our hope isn't to deter members from interacting with Razer Insider and our community, but actually encourage it. Ultimately, it's what we want for our community. We want Razer Insider to be a helpful, fun, active and safe community for all fans of Razer to engage with. So, during our downtime, please don't forget to claim your Silver, use our Support lines at support.razer.com for any help you may need, and we'll see you on the other side.

"We will lower the amount of Silver you can earn even more"-kind of improvement? Like the 1-silver game in the Cortex for a week and no more rewards for ads? o_O As well as all other "improvements" to the ways of getting silver without purchasing something :frown_:

I'm really hoping it's not a silver nerf. I used to earn from playing games, then they nerfed that and it so happens I discovered I could earn here (and in Mogul) so I started there. Then I started earning in mobile. Then now this and Cortex PC are the little sources I got left.
All I can say is whatever happens, it was a good time earning silver and I'm hoping for a good change. I gotta say that during the early-mid times of Cortex mobile, the games picked for P2P were high-quality and enjoyable games and I genuinely miss those times. I can kinda say the same for Cortex PC. That's all. Thank you, Razer!

Crossing fingers for better ways to earn silver. Like seriously...1 silver mobile games. Ridiculous. Hopefully, insider is the solution.
Just got here and it's shutting down for a week. Kinda depressing how some of these threads are literally years old with no posts.
So, no more Razer Silver from Insider?
It would be better if the entire Community section was shut down on the site and continued on Discord. Also to keep the Razer Insider silver earning by engagement and giveaways on Discord.

Hope it is good news. Razer Cortex mobile has no chance of earning anything for weeks now and this is saddening. Razer Insider Forum looks a little weird and I cannot earn any silver from it or achievement anymore after this revamp. Is anyone else experiencing the same as me?

Currently Insider Achievements are not available, but they’re in development.
