Dear users I got a problem. İ bought razer hammerhead yesterday. I downlanded app on olay store updated and connected with Bluetooth but right Side is not working. Phone model: realme 7 pro

    All Razer's earphones were named "Hammerhead"...... which one is yours? If True wireless, you should contact the live chat customer service for further assistant. Link: https://support.razer.com/contact-support/?

    True wireless And right Side literally doesnt connect with my phone. Left is working perfectly.

    Guys i dont know how it works but i have disabled Google asistant and problem is gone. İ am using it with pleasure

    Perfect! Also sometimes, only 1 of the earphones will be ON. So if 1 of the sides are OFF, you need to hold the (play/pause area) for few seconds till you hear the AI telling its ON and connected. It sometimes happens.
