Hey, everyone! I recently took a leap of faith and changed up my workstation – I'm now working at my computer while standing up! To my surprise, it's been a positive shift, and I've come to appreciate the benefits. These days, I alternate between sitting and standing during work, finding the right balance for both comfort and productivity. On a gaming front, I always play PS games standing up. But computer games are more comfortable to play sitting down, maybe I'm not used to it yet. Right now I'm looking for a standing work surface. Have you tried working standing up and what do you think about it.

Great to hear about your step into the world of standing workstations! I tried standing work too, and it was a game changer for me as well. Finding the right balance between sitting and standing is key to being comfortable and productive. As for a desk, there are height adjustable desks available.  Good luck finding the perfect work desk for standing work - it's worth it!

Hi, that's a good idea. Maybe there is something similar on sale with mechanical adjustment, it would be cheaper. These automatic things are expensive. Good luck

There are numerous health and productivity benefits to using a standing desk to work at a computer. Standing work relieves back pain, improves circulation and increases energy levels. It helps improve posture and reduce sedentary behavior. The ideal solution is a highly adjustable desk that allows for a smooth transition from sitting to standing. I've tried working while standing and found it beneficial for my focus and energy levels. I agree that gaming might take some adjustment, as sitting tends to be more comfortable for longer sessions. When it comes to a standing work surface, there are many options available, from adjustable desks to converters you can place on your existing desk. It's all about finding what suits your needs omeglz and preferences. Keep exploring and experimenting with your setup – it sounds like you're on a great path!
