RAZER CORE X w/ NVIDIA Tesla V100 16GB PCIe on Win10

Hi guys,

I’m using RAZER CORE X as eGPU w/ Win10 64bit note PC.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to use NVIDIA Tesla V100 16GB PCIe or not ?

I’ve granted list of compatible cards, but coud not find any Tesla.

Thanks in advance.

Hello!

It is a card for a data center. I don't know if Razer supports data center hardware.

Hi UnfairMode,

Thank you for your response.

I’ve installed it in CORE X. It works for first several minutes, then slowing down processing speed and finally comes to the state like disconnected unintetionally.

Maybe because RAZER CORE X is not designed for DATA CENTER hardware.as you mentioned.

I will try to find the way to use.

Thank you again.

Hi, I have the same question. I have v100, and I was thinking about buying CORE X. Just saw your post and felt very helpful. Did you find any way to get this work?

Hi shanaka,

Unfortunately not yet.

It just alive for 50 minutes with CORE X because of not enough cooling.

v100 is automatically disconnected when temperature goes upto 90 degree Celsius.

I don’t expect it work, however, I’ll install it in tower type PC in near future.

Hoping this helps...
