Razer Blackwidow V4 100% double typing, and unresponsive keys

Ok, so. I have owned a Blackwidow V4 Pro for about 4 months, and it has so far had problems such as:

Double type
Unresponsive keys (D key, T, key)

I tried cleaning the unresponsive keys, multiple times, nothing happens. I tried closing out Razer Synapse, did nothing, Tried lowering polling rate, did nothing, Tried updating drivers, did nothing, and I don’t have the tools to rip open a keyboard to figure out the problem.

TL;DR Blackwidow V4 Pro that ive owned for 4 months has been malfunctioning for the past 2 months,

Thanks for posting your concern here in our support board. It’s highly likely a hardware problem based on the steps that you've already tried. Please PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check our options for a possible replacement.
