trouble with blackshark v2

hey there i recently bought the blackshark v2 and i have this problem where i can hear a video evn tho the video is muted
For example i just recorded my gameplay and theres a button to raise the volume or lower the volume or mute the video completly and if i mute the video i can still hear the video and lowering or raising  the volume doesnt change the volume 
to mention it happens only with this headset i think its a configuration problem or something like that!
