Received new dongle for BlacksharkV2 pro, connected, but there is no sound

I just received a new dongle for the headset, and I’m having problems getting sound. I tried uninstall and reinstalling razer synapse, even used device detection troubleshoot and still no audio. Any info would be helpful, and any info you might need I can answer. Thanks

I am in a similar situation. I had my broken dongle repaired at a local shop. however, they are detected as speakers and don’t give any sound but I can sometimes hear very faint output in my right ear. the support says the dongle seem to have malfunctioned as the headphones work fine in wired mode.they are even detected in razer Synapse.

 

 there isn’t any possible solution to this for me. Quite strange as i remember them saying we don't have any replacement available in IN and today they say no support is there for out of warranty products.

 

i was wondering where you purchased your dongle from? and if you got sny fix yet
