Razer Blackwidow 4 lights go out after a while

Hi,

All lights in my new Blackwidow 4 go out after 10-20 minutes, or when the PC sleeps / monitor goes off. Only if I plug in the USB off and on the lights reset or if I reboot.

I've tried everything with and without the Synapse installed (reset profile, fresh re-install, install firmware, tried all different "switch off lighting" settings) and also tried different USB ports in my PC. What I haven't done yet is to try connecting it on a different PC.

I believe the keyboard is faulty one but can anyone recommend anything else I should try?
