Nommo Chroma 2.0 Connectivity Issue


Hello,

 

I am reaching out for some support on an issue that I have been experiencing since day 1 of using these speakers however the issue appears to be getting worse over time. 

 

When connecting the speakers to a PC that has the synapse application installed, the speakers have tendency to connect and disconnect automatically. I can see the speakers constantly appearing and disappearing from the application as they connect and disconnect. 

 

Eventually once they do connect, the audio does come through the speakers however the LED lights on the speakers do not work. The background LEDs do not work nor do the LEDs that indicate the volume level or mute functions. 

 

I have tested the power supply and can confirm that it is 19V. I have also tested these speakers on another PC and have found the same issues.
