hello, today i restart my pc , computer loads up,  mouse click left and right works fine , synapse 3 loads up , mouse left and right clicks does not work, mouse pointer works fine/moves around.I go inside my synapse 3 choose viper 8khz, went into the profile and for some reason  my hand position was switched from right to left , so i switch it back to Right side it was bugging out would always switch back to left side for some reason if i was to restart synapse fully, get freezes too after some time.Still nothing Right and Left clicks don’t work.I google few solutions ,
1)reseting the mouse thro synapse, did not help.
2)I try to modify/repair = did not help.
3)uninstall and reinstall = did not help
4)Update synapse to the fullest= did not help
Note: during all of this i have to use my 2nd mouse, that is Abyss razer , its not part of Synapse.
Fix: i have to exit synapse all apps and end processes thro task manager in order to gain access to my Viper8khz Left and Right clicks.

now the fun part: so my Synapse 3 freshly reinstalled, computer restarted , updated Synapse to the fullest the last thing i can think of is to update the Firmware : RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.12.0.385 :

i download from official Razer , i run the program ,it detects an update  on firmware, i click update , it does its thing and before it can finish  the USB sound pops in the headsets like u were to unplug the mouse and then the updater says ‘’ Please reconnect your mouse ‘’ or something, so i go unplug and plug back in and nothing happns, windows dont even detect.

i go to my other computer to see if the mouse works, i plug in to computer that has no razer synapse , and windows don’t recognise the mouse lol, Is there anything i can do to revive this mouse? my firmware update could not be completed.. and now i lost the mouse too ?

P.S on the bottom of the mouse DPI state light is working

had the same issue . fixed it by downloading the new firmware , then remvoing the mouse from my pc . hold left , right and scroll button while plugging the mouse back in . this will enable the mouse boot loader . then just run the firmware update and you will be good to go .
