Dear Razer Support Team!!
I own a Razer Kishi Universal Mobile Gaming Controller for Android (XBox Version). It works well with my Samsung A53 but I also own a Razer Phone 1 and really would like to use the Kishi with the Razer Phone V1. Thing is, you need custom Rubber Grip Inserts from Razer for that to work according to the support website here (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4097). So i contacted support but to my surprise they told me that I am not entitled to them because I bought the Razer Kishi from the wrong vendor. I really do not understand this. I bought the Kishi from Amazon, but yes it was sold not by Amazon directly. But how does this affect the support for the device? It is a legit product that was legitimately bought from the vendor who in turn sold it to me. And even if Razer says they would not do any warranty, i don't want anything replaced - i just want the rubber grip inserts so it works with my razer phone. Can someone from the Razer Support team please help me in this? The case has the Case ID 240726-002474 and this was some time ago - sorry i did not have time to follow up on this earlier because I was busy with my kid ;)
I understand if this is too long ago and you don't have the Razer Phone 1 Grips any more for the Kishi but if you still got some i really would appreciate if i could order them - ofc i can pay for them. But it find the idea that because i bought it from somewhere else than a list of defined vendors by razer that there is no support for the device.
Can you maybe help me?
Thank you for your help,
Christian
