I have a Razer Braccuda 2022, and I have some cracks on the joint side of both sides. Is it possible to send it to the repairs or get the part? and im currently living in Shanghai

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your headset. Were there any incidents with your headset before the issue? i.e. dropped. Did you happen to use more force than usual when removing the headset? Were there any incidents of pulling or tugging the headsets, making it stretch beyond its limit?
