Feels quite fast for a critical component to fail.

I appreciate they are a more economical line of product but I can say I am disappointed.  Is there anything to do other than search for a new make and model for my listening pleasure?

Many thanks

Hi technoTaupecove281,

I'm sorry to hear about the condition of your Razer Kraken Lite. I understand how important your headset is to you. Please be aware that Razer's policy is to replace peripherals under its limited warranty, rather than repair them. Additionally, this issue might fall under warranty exclusions and limitations.

Could you please let me know if any incidents occurred before the issue? Was the headset accidentally dropped, subjected to forceful removal, or stretched beyond its limit due to pulling or tugging? I can initiate a case for you, but please note that it will be subject to approval. Please PM me the device proof of purchase and the video or pictures shwoing the damage. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
