Scroll Wheel Not Working on Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K After 3 Months

The scroll wheel on my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K recently stopped working, and I’ve only had it for 3 months. I’ve taken excellent care of it, so it’s really disappointing to see this kind of issue happen so soon.

I’ve tried multiple solutions, including reinstalling Razer Synapse and attempting a firmware update. However, the firmware for the 35K version is not available on Razer’s website — only the firmware for the regular Pro model is listed, and it’s not compatible with the 35K. I’ve also tested several fixes that worked for other users with the same issue, but unfortunately, the problem still persists.

To Razer Support:
Please take this issue seriously — this is a premium device, and it’s unacceptable for it to stop functioning properly after such a short period of use. I would greatly appreciate guidance or a solution specifically for the 35K model. Thank you.
