I own a 2021 Razer Blade 15 model (RZ09-0409BEC3). When I look up the specs, it shows that the USB Type-A ports on the device are all 3.2 Gen 2 ports. However, the 4K resolution in Synapse isn't detecting on the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra webcam I recently purchased. The highest available quality is 1080p 60fps on the laptop. Could someone help me out with this? Will replacing the cable with a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C to USB-C cable fix this problem? Any advice would be much appreciated!
Note: When I’ve tested this on my desktop things work fine as intended. It’s ONLY on the Razer Blade 15 laptop.
