Hi, I got my mice 2 weeks ago and I connected my mice with 2.4 hyperspeed usb dongle without its converter to my Windows(which is a VM running in MAC machine) and also tried it in Linux machine by executing firmare update.exe with wine command on terminal and I followed this article https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6394 and I see that my mouse is working with usb dongle without its converter but firmare update button is not getting enabled. Pls Help ? How can I updatee this very very expensive mouse !!?
