Razer Wolverine Chroma V2 bricked after firmware update

Hey I have a razer wolverine chroma v2 and after updating the firmware, the controller does not turn on at all! It does not vibrate or respond when I click on the xbox button. I have made sure the usb-c wire is properly attached and have tried on my other xbox console and there is still no response. Can you help?
