Bought Cobra Pro and Mouse Dock Pro & Puck from Razer Store Londond

So after installing and uninstalling Synapse 3 several times, I cannot get Cobra Pro and Dock to work together. Followed instructions 4 times and tried configuring, etc etc… Nothing. Is it a faulty mouse, faulty dock or just glitch in Synapse 3??
