I have bought the chair on 17-7-2021, and the warrenty list shows 3 years for chairs.
Now when i enter my serialnumber it tells me its out of warrenty?
17-07-21 - 17-07-2022 (1year old) - 17-07-2023(2years old) - 17-07-2023(3 years old and still far away?)
The chair lowers by itself so the gascylinder is broken, further there is nothing wrong with the entire chair its super.
But i do believe that i still have warrenty for at least 6 months!!
Can u help me?
