No problem here - it’s detected properly.

Have you tried Synapse clean reinstall? Also which Synapse do you use?

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

I did what you said but it doesn't work at all. I have a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) - Wireless Esports Headset.

Synapse 3 or 4?

MaximumRedcampbyte109

I was using 4 and it didn't work so I uninstalled the drivers with your driver removal application and installed 3. But it still doesn't work. Switching between modes is not detected. The sound does not change. But I noticed something, when I disable the sound card of the motherboard through bios and then connect via bluetooth and not via dongle, I can switch between modes. Of course, this time the e sport and thx modes become inactive.

Check if you have Riot Vanguard installed - if yes - remove it. It’s known for blocking devices to be detected in Synapse.

Riot vanguard is installed on my system. But I'm playing valorant, and I bought the headset specifically for valorant-specific sound modes, and in the Esport tab, there's a Valorant mode. When I can't open the game, there's no point in using this mode. But I'll uninstall it anyway and give it a try.

I uninstalled Vanguard but the problem persists.

Hello.I purchased THX-AUDIO from the Razer Snaps3 purchase site, downloaded the THX-AUIDO file, and installed the genuine product. Recently, with the release of Snaps4, the THX-AUDIO I used on the existing Steps3 keeps popping up to ask me to purchase a new one. When I entered the information at the time of purchase, my country of residence was not listed, so I think I selected a different country. I think the "KOREA" +82 input part was wrong.Because of this, I can't check my purchase history in REZER ID.So I keep getting a message telling me to re-purchase THX-AUIDO.
Please understand that I used Google Translate because my English is not good.

Hello. I purchased a 7.1 THX code. The code was sent to my email address but I deleted the email. Now I formatted my computer and when I install the application it asks for the code again. I have not been able to reach the customer service email address for 5 days. What should I do?

If it was activated - then it’s bound to your Razer ID account. Just try to log in to your account in 7.1 Surround app (right top corner - click on avatar icon and then login).

I activated it. I logged into the account but unfortunately it does not appear. It appears in the purchases but there is an option to reactivate it in my account.

Hello, I ordered headphones through the official store. Kaspi.kz , paid for it, but writes that Why do I get the error message "This device is already registered" when registering the BlackShark V2 X headset on RazerID?. I checked the reviews, and there were enough of them, it was never said that it was forged, the product rating was 4.9 stars. What to do?

@Miko-kun14 - submitting receipt is optional, date of purchase - you can just put there estimated date of purchase - since you don’t have any receipt for it - you don’t have any warranty.

@M9O70m - as mentioned in first post - headset may be fake, so the best and the fastest way is to get rid of this - just return, get your money back and get it from official source.
