Razer 7.1 Surround App not opening/staying open.

So, I installed the app for the first time and launched it, it asks me to log in, I do so, it then minimises never to be seen again. It does not show any screens asking for activation code or anything. Left clicking on the Razer appengine in system tray shows my user name nothing more, and right clicking shows a log out option and nothing more. Have removed all razer apps and clean my system of any razer files, rebooted, redownloaded apps and re installed as admin. Nothing. Tried adding exclusions to AV and Firewall, nothing. Also have tried running sfc/scannow, and a big fat nothing. Tried running the app as admin and nothing. I have a support case open but so far just getting the run around. Any ideas or suggestions welcome :) Thanks!
