Dear community,
I am encountering issues with my Razer mouse and headset since Synapse 4 last update and firmware updates.
With my Razer Cobra Pro mouse (and Razer Mouse Dock Pro):
When keys are remapped on Synapse 4 (with keyboard keys or macros), they just don’t work if the mouse is used in wireless 2.4 mode. The buttons do nothing.
These custom bindings only work when the mouse is used with the USB cable.
This issue is caused by Synapse 4 since everything works perfectly with Synapse 3.
Also, the mouse appears as “HID-compliant mouse” in the device manager when used in wireless mode (but it doesn’t seem to impact Synapse 3).

With my Razer Kraken V4 headset:
This one is causing me a lot of trouble. I honestly don’t know what to do about it.
- When the headset is used in wireless mode (with dongle), everything seems to work except the Audio Enhancements (like the Bass Boost and Clear Voice), modifying them in Synapse doesn’t do anything to the sound.

- When the headset is used in USB mode, nothing works except the volume, even the Equalizer is not working… Also the sound is a bit strange, it’s louder than the one from the wireless mode and poor quality

Before you ask the fundamental questions:
- I worked in computing (just in case, I’m not a newbie)
- I’m on Windows 10, Alienware with AMD Ryzen 9 3900X and RTX 3080
- I already tried to clean install Synapse 4 multiple times (more than 10 times today...)
- I already purged every Razer and THX drivers before installing everything again
- I tried with Synapse 3, it fixes the mouse issue but not the headset one
- I updated the firmwares of the mouse, the mouse dock, the headset and the headset dongle
- My headset devices I correctly set by default in Windows sound panel
- I also ran some commands just in case (DISM, sfc /scannow, etc.), nothing changed

Hope someone will be able to help. Thanks in advance for your replies!
Kind regards.
