Razer Nari Firmware Updater Not Recognizing Dongle

I have downloaded the Razer Nari firmware updater, however it does not seem to recognize that I have the dongle inserted. I have tried using the pairing tool as well as the recovery tool and both seem to recognize the usb, however the firmware updater does not. Any suggestions?

How does the headset get detected in the Device Manager? Please PM me a screenshot of it and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to take a closer look at your rig. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your device along with a copy of its proof of purchase in case we'll have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
