I just bought the Razor basilisk V3 unfortunately it is considered as a keyboard in my device manager so I can't move the cursor, I need help thanks

Hi, Please do Synapse clean reinstall (with removing Razer drivers):
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
