Razer Axon on internal graphics card
Hi everyone. I love Axon as it offers amazing visual options for Chroma devices and makes the whole setup with monitor, all peripherals and my Middle Tower with Chroma Controller controlling the RGB stuff inside a one cool solid animation stand.BUT I was very surprised by the load on GPU that Axon produces. It’s floating from 3-4% up to 20-25% of GTX3080 :-)The idea is to set Axon to use only the internal graphics to free up GTX’s resources.I managed to force RazerAxon.exe and RazerAxon.Player.exe to use Intel graphics, but still there’s plenty of load on GTX. Did anyone solve this? What’s the whole list of executables to be forced to use internal graphics to perform my solution?P.S. It seems (and I hope my idea could help) to be a very logical solution for Razer software development team to make this an option in Axon’s UI so that user can choose which GPU to use OR to make a guide on the topic.
Axon keeps reverting my wallpaper to 'Fit' and I need 'Fill'
I can’t find any settings in Axon to adjust the “Choose a fit for your desktop image”. I change it manually in the Personalization setup to “Fill” but every time I restart or pick an image it reverts to “Fit” which isn’t optimal for my monitor.Does anyone else have this issue? Am I not seeing the option in Axon, or does it need to be a feature request? Windows 11 Pro 22H2 OS build 22621.1265Samsung 49" Odyssey G9 @ 5120x1440p

I Have Been Highly Critical of Razer, But Axon...
...is one place Razer is really getting it right, in my noob opinion. I have only been using Razer products for a few months. While I have greatly enjoyed my various Razer devices, I have definitely had my issues with Razer software. Razer Axon, however, is a part of Razer's software that has worked nearly flawlessly for me. Not to mention that the wallpapers are gorgeous. I suppose if I'm being honest here, the hyper-prominent logo in each wallpaper is a little, tiny bit annoying. Maybe future wallpapers could have a more subtle logo. Maybe even a "Where's Waldo?" like application of the logos in the wallpapers. I guess a "Where's the Logo?". :) Anyway, I really just wanted to say, well done Razer Axon! I look forward to your future! ✌️

I know it's beta, so no complaints. Just to convey information. When I turn on Axon, I get catastrophic lags in the operating system interface (win11 22h2) - context menu, explorer, even the cursor lags! I have never seen such a thing. I will provide any information, just tell me what, maybe there is some kind of debug mode? Up to 20% processor usages on all devices
I've been testing this since it was released, and I figured I'd wait a bit to let the bugs settle down before posting about how on Earth a gaming company thinks a utility that consumes a steady 10% of processor usage, with prolonged spikes to 20%, acceptable? That's absolutely abysmal, and even worse, this isn't hardware dependent as I am seeing this same behavior across 3 devices with vastly different hardware. Give us the option to offload this to a single core at least, or let PHYSX handle it. Or tighten up your code quite a bit. I'm a developer of 22 years in various languages, and there is no reason an app like this should consume this much resources. It's a great app that has gotten better w/ subsequent releases, but I won't use it if it continues to consume that much proc time.

Ignored by Razer support team
Hello. My name is Eugene Lekh. I’m am a motion designer from Ukraine. I have a major problem with my Razer laptop and I can’t solve it for three weeks already. Long story short: The support team diagnosed my laptop as defective and assured me that they would cover the shipping and repair costs since the laptop was still under warranty. More than two weeks have passed, during which I wrote letters to the support service and I was constantly ignored both in correspondence through mail and in correspondence through Facebook messenger. Three weeks passed and I received a letter that since I did not buy the laptop from an official Razer representative, I have to pay the company for diagnostics. How should I feel about such a relationship? Is this normal company policy?
