Yesterday I play NFS Heat for more that 6 hours and it didn't count, the razer cortex has my fps chart but the squad rewards didn't count the time that I play, i'm trying to play today and its not counting again. I try to restart the Razer Game Maneger Service like it was saying here /going-nuts-squad-rewards-time-not-counting.79885/#post-783876 but nothing.

I think i found the reason, I have two discs and all the games that i have are on the second disc, just roblox is in the first and is the only one that is counting.
Is it possible to fix it? Raxer Cortex is able to now my total play time, so it should be able to count for squad rewards.
