Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from here, then fill out the Description, then click Output button. well the issue appears to be it keeps thinking battle field 5 is running when it is not, i have 2 hours played on origin and cortex says 4.5 hours. how do i stop it from thinking its running?

We have analyzed the logs but everything seems to be working the way it should be. And we tried to reproduce this issue, but failed. Considering this situation, we suggest you to close Razer Cortex when this issue happens again. Then go to Task Manager >> Processes to see if there is a process named "bfv.exe " starting and stopping itself. If this is the case, please try to repair the game or your origin client, or you can try reinstalling the game to see how it works. Please keep us posted on the result. Thanks.
