AGAIN: Pay to Play doesn't work, it doesn't count my playing time.
The problem came back with a new game. There are currently 3 games in the quests, two are working properly. The problem is with Dead by Daylight. Does not add points for playing. I reinstalled the entire Epic Launcher app along with the game. I reset Task: Razer Game Manager Service 3. I deleted the directory C:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager3\Data\rzr_userid. Nothing helps, the game timer appears, but the points for playing do not count.

I don't know how or why, but currently, since yesterday, it is counting points for Dead by Daylight correctly. It just fixed itself. But 3 days did not charge anything, April 7-9 did not charge anything. I can send logs, but since it's charging, I don't know if they will be useful?

Yes, the logs are useful. It worked well on April 10 as we have resolved this issue on our end. If you have played the game from April 07-09, we will know from your logs.

Same issue on Cortex Mobile App, for days there is no Play to Earn games… On Desktop for me only Raid works

Try this:

We recommend letting Razer Cortex do a clean scan to detect the game. To do so, you need to first remove the game listing on Razer Cortex by going to the ‘MY LIBRARY’ tab, proceeding to the game's profile page, and clicking on the 'Settings' icon, followed by 'Remove'.
Restart Razer Cortex after the above steps and click on the ‘Refresh’ icon to add the game automatically.
