hi razer cortex, why is fortnite booster prime saying this option is not available for your devices according to our lowest optimization settings. pls fix this

Did you mean AMD Ryzen 5 5500U? If yes, Razer Cortex does not support it. I assume the notice saying that your device does not meet the lowest optimization requirement is not right. We have passed your feedback to our engineering team. We will support it in the future.
