Any way to stop Cortex from switching power plans? (2020)

So yeah i know there is another thread made by Synlesis but I noticed that it was 3 years ago and the current UI looks far different than the one that was in the solution screenshot, so basically I'm asking whether there is a way to stop Razer Cortex from switching to and making the Razer Cortex Power Plan
