Audio visualiser sync Razer perripherals & philips hue lights

Hey all!

wondering if anyone can help! I used to be able to sync all my hue lights (x3 hue colour globes, x1 hue lightstrip, x2 hue play bars) with my Razer peripherals (keyboard, mouse mat, nommo speakers, bass station) to the chroma visualiser on synapse 3 and have them all light up together.

But all of a sudden, I am not able to listen to music and have all the philips hue and Razer peripherals sync together anymore, but rather, only the Razer peripherals sync with the chroma visualiser instead. It’s quite annoying! Not sure if an update for synapse 3 has stopped hue lights from syncing with the Razer peripherals.

When I change the settings on synapse to different lighting effects, they are able to all sync, just not when I want them to all sync with the chroma visualiser! Please help!

Yes i have the same issue recently. I just bought whole lot of Razer peripherals and I noticed the same issue after reading your thread. Few issues i noticed:

1. Synapse 3 don't sync with philips hue automatically. Everytime I boot up your pc, I have to open up Synapse 3 dasdboard, click on Hue and start the hue bridge.

2. The Synapse Chroma visualizer doesn't work that well with philips hue even i.e. using the basic pattern, wave when I assign and link up to Hue, a specific entertainment area just for my gaming. I don't see that wave pattern similar to the waves showing up on my razer keyboard.

3. Each time i finished gaming and turning to video or vice versa, there will be a time lag of approximately 5 to 10 sec, where Synapse don't read well with philip hue lightings. Of course, I am hoping that this syncing will be cut short and align settings with Synapse Chroma visualizer. Sometimes it doesn't and you have to manually activate Synapse/Hue and click on the Hue bridge again.

I think the collaboration of Synapse and Philips Hue is quite cool. And its fun. Razer fans don't just buy razer products and peripherals. They are into the fun tinge of Razer ecosystem while they work from home hard. Can both synchronisation work better?
