black screen after 2 seconds

Question

When I enable HDR, I experience a black screen after 2 seconds. During the first 2 seconds, the UI is normal. However, when I disable HDR, Cortex works correctly. I have not found any posts related to this issue, and I am unsure if I am the only one experiencing this behavior.

I am delighted to be of your assistance.This is a known issue that some users encountered before. After investigation, the black screen issue was resolved when users disable HDR.
