Booster prime not working on valorant

I tried to boost valorant many times but the only thing that stands there is “Unable to retrieve youre game´s current setting.please restart the game or directly change in-game settings.if you still encounter problems, update razer cortex to its latest version (if applicable) i checked and i have the newest version i restartet the game more then 2 times and i tried to find the “GameUserSettings” for valorant but i dont have any.how do i fix this?

(my razer cortex version is 10.12.6.0)
