Hey there!
Thank you for sharing your issue with us here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I will be very happy to assist you with your issue.
Since this feature is security-related, we have removed it from a former version which was released on Sep 02 to enhance its security. Our engineering team is trying to fix it and we will add it in a future version of Razer Cortex.
Before we resolve it, please try to add your game by the below method.
If you can quickly find the game process (usually a .exe file), just create a desktop shortcut by right-clicking the file and choose Send to > Desktop(create shortcut), then, launch Razer Cortex and click the '+' icon. In the pop-up window, select the game to add it to MY LIBRARY.
If you cannot find the location of the game process, please follow the below steps:
Step 1. Please launch the game that you want to add to Cortex 'MY LIBRARY'.
Step 2. Open your Task Manager and find the game process which is a .exe file.
Step 3. Right-click the game process and choose Open file location.
Step 4. A folder shows the location of the game process. Right-click it and click 'Send to'> 'Desktop(create shortcut)' to create a desktop shortcut of the game.
Step 5. Launch Razer Cortex and click the '+' icon on 'MY LIBRARY'. In the pop-up window, select the game to add.
Finally, check whether the game has been added to Cortex successfully. Please feel free to let me know if you need any further assistance.
