Cortex android action removed?

Hello, i wanted to ask if the "claim daily loot" action was removed from the app?
I've had the same issue for the last couple of days. Claim daily loot isn't part of the daily quests, no popup to claim daily loot and I've searched through the app to try to find any other way to claim it with no luck.
I've contacted customer support through the app about it today (press your avatar -> cogwheel -> customer support) so waiting to see what they say.

Sometimes it appears then gone. Then appear...I already messaged them to check on it.

I see. I actually have the same problem, I didn't notice it. I am not claiming the login reward. Not only that, I completed the entire profile on Razer.Com. and I should get 500 SILVERS. So far it hasn't arrived and the pickup option keeps popping up.

It's been four days since I've been able to claim my login reward. It's not in the quests. Thus, I do not earn SILVERS

Gone for me as well, so close to the end.

yea, real bummer is we were really close to max out silvers 2nd time.. but it disapeared 1 or 2 days before
