Cortex is cashing my Games

I'm running Windows 10 pro Build 21390.co_release_210521-1658 with all the Razer Apps installed and it seems Cortex is cashing my Games a few sec after it launches. But when close all the Razer Apps, i'm able to play all my games just fine. How do i troubleshoot this?

    Try turning off the Boost
