Myself and my squad have been playing today since reset and it has barely counted any of our playtime. One has had no playtime counted, and has been playing a supported game since reset. Another only 5 minutes logged and then stopped and has tried everything from resetting everything and switch games with nothing fixing it. I myself have been playing over an hour and a half and for whatever reason cortex stopped logging at 50 minutes. I have no stopped playing!
This is really frustrating as we are trying our best to do well as a squad and we are unable to with the software not logging our time! Please help Razer! Your FAQ says if this happens to contact you, but apparently due to covid, we just aren't allowed to do that.
