Before we start could you please provide more details for us to isolate the concern? If I understand you correctly, you joined the Squad Requads Campaign and played the games on our SUPPORTED GAMES list, but your hours were not accumulated by Razer Cortex, am I right?
If yes, please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue. I PM you a simple guide to help you collect and upload your Razer Cortex logs. Please check out if you need it.
If no, please let me know more details regarding this issue.
