I'm not accumulating any time right now. I've reset my computer, the software, opened and closed games that are on the supported list. I just can't seem to get Cortex to give me the time I'm supposed to have o_O

Registration for Squad Rewards Season 9 has begun. The competition will begin on July 21 UTC 00:00/SGT 02:00, which is two weeks after the official campaign start date.

This season, we've added 30 games including LOST ARK, ELDEN RING, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Vampire Survivors, and more.

The game keys in our Post Season events are more impressive than ever. Curious? Join now, gather up your gaming buddies to team up for the new season.

You know the drill:

  • Gather up to 3 friends.
  • Download Cortex for PC, sign-in with your Razer ID, and set up your squad.

Spread the word! We will increase the maximum prize pool to 5 million Razer Silver if we hit 100,000 players based on the initial 1 million Razer Silver in the prize pool.

The old squad went on holiday now I need a new squad able to play once reset time for Top 3 reward.
you should have 32 hours by now on Day 8, add 4 hours each day.

Stupid question but ... If our team has more than 150 hours and does not manage to choose the prize (there are only 8 pcs), then everything is lost? At the moment, most of the prizes are already redeemed and I don't know what to do in that case.

Pretty sure you've lost it. My team sucked and no one played enough, so my aim to get one of the lower prizes didn't even work.
But they do have the post playtime prizes that you can win, so I'm hoping to get something out of that.
I guess I got sucked in by the pretty lights.

Fix your bug it is not fair that all of us earn the hours at the same time, but the cortex system always delays us and shows the top 3 have more minutes than us. This means they are always able to click the GRAND PRIZER earlier than us. They already picked those teams who go for the GRAND PRIZE.
