error after temple run
I'm trying to get the 1 silver reward and this shows up, it's occured over 5 times.
Anyone else getting this and knows how to resolve it?

Did you already try to fully close the app, clear its cache, or re-login? If that didn't help, let me know through PM and provide the Razer Cortex app version so I can raise your concern with the relevant team. Thanks!
clearing cache didn't nor did reinstalling apps and restarting phone, but fully closing app worked, thanks
getting the same issue with mech arena app now but fully closing app and clearing cache doesn't work
cortex version is 7.8.3684
