So today i installed razer cortex and i boosted fortnite etc used all the tools for more fps, but now my game keeps crashing and i dont know how to fix it.

- Which feature did you use to boost Fortnie? GAME BOOSTER or BOOSTER PRIME?
- Could you let us know the process you use Razer Cortex to boost this game?
- Could you provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM？

Idk when it crashed, i used all features. I factory resetted my laptop and it still doesnt work. The program messed up my whole laptop.

If you have factory reserred and it keeps crashing. Possibly, it is not a Razer Cortex issue. To be sure, could you provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM?
