Gears of War 5 and Cortex (Or Synapse)

When I try to play Gears of War 5 on my Razer 15 Advanced (2070) I run in to a keyboard issue. The game becomes unplayable. I can move the mouse around without a hiccup. As soon as I press a key it freezes for like 3 seconds, then moves. Rinse and repeat. If I close all the Razer apps before launching the game it works perfect. I tried the game on a non razer laptop without the razer software running and it also worked fine. It is repeatable 100% of the time. With the Razer suite loaded gears is unplayable. Without it, the game works fine. So my solution is to close the program. But I'd like to know what's going on. Any ideas? Thanks, M

    Its Cortex -- and hopefully by now they have a fix for it?

    Over a month later and this is still a problem.

    Not only is this still an issue...But I have another thread here where I could not play "Control". The game was stuttering so much it was unplayable. Exiting the Razers app and reloaded and the game works like a charm!
