I've Played over 6 Hours of Genshin Impact. And The Logs in cortex library show no time of gameplay. Yet Rewards decide to say. "Did you even try to play?:" Tried Launching Overcooked2 Nothing. Never Played or Launched the game Said Details in Squad rewards. Launched Elite Dangerous. Same Issue. Monster Hunter. Still. Reinstalled Overcooked. Nothing. Reinstalled Cortex. Nothing.

Getting really Tired. Lost a whole day. Looking at the screen Angry.

Asked the squad what they did for it to work? Answer. INSTALLED

I ask for Help. Or I might blow a Casket. I really don't wanna. My health is already turned to worse.

I was Playing around trying to figure Out what could be the cause. And I had a stupid Idea. What if. Discord Streamer mode Getting in the way... I know Stupid Idea. But... Surprise Surprise... It started Counting. There is Another Possibility. That OBS is getting in the Way As at that Time I was streaming. I will keep testing. And Keep Everyone Updated if I find The Cause.

To quickly help your friend out, could you please try the below method:



  • Please exit Razer Cortex.

  • Restart 'Razer Game Manager Service' in 'Task Manager'-'Services'.

  • Launch Razer Cortex again.



Then, play the game for at least 5 minutes, and check on the leaderboard to see whether the gameplay time is tracked.



If this issue persists, please feel free to provide us with the Cortex logs for further investigation. I have PMed you a simple guide to help you collect and upload your Cortex logs.

Hey Al, I know your problem and I have a solution. First off You should check if you have linked your games to Razer Synapse. If that doesn't work you should uninstall Synapse and it should work then.
