How to install Razer Cortex with Synapse 4 & App Engine, but without Razer Central?

Hey,
I'm trying to install Razer Cortex so it works properly with Synapse 4 and Razer App Engine, but without installing Razer Central. Is there any clean way to do this or a custom install method to avoid Central? I’ve tried to do anything
