In-Game Overlay won't work some games

I'm using razer cortex 10's in game overlay. It works some games like League of Legends but won't work some other games like Hood, GTA V, ext. (Games in windowed fullscreen.)

For games with anti-cheat software, the Razer Cortex FPS overlay will not show in the game as it may cause potential performance issues. As far as I know, Hood and GTA V have anti-cheat software.
