ive joined for the first time razer squads and i am testing the launching trough razer but when i launch roblox roblox loads and then opens the web page of roblox i am worried that it wont count the hours then

If you are using the direct version of Roblox, the normal game launching process is as follows:
- Launch Roblox through Razer Cortex.
- A webpage of Roblox will open.
- Choose the game you want to play on the webpage.
- The game will start through the Roblox launcher.
Therefore, it is normal for a webpage to be launched when you launch Roblox through Razer Cortex. Additionally, your gameplay hours will be tracked during the competition.
To ensure that your gameplay hours are tracked in the competition, kindly launch the game through Razer Cortex and play for at least 5 minutes when the competition starts. Afterward, check the leaderboard to confirm that your gameplay time is being tracked.

It used to work but suddenly stopped. I’m on Windows 10. I don’t want to go to roblox in browser, then try to find the game. Isn’t the purpose of cortex to help reduce system resources while the game is running? If it opens my browser, that is another resource it adds instead of reduces.
I want cortex to open roblox player right away. Why doesn’t it work any more?

Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Currently, Razer Cortex cannot change the launching process of Robox. If you want to launch Roblox without opening your browser, please play Roblox via XBOX. The games can be launched without openning your browser.
