one problem I have with razer cortex is that is doesn't detect badlion or lunar client even when I manually add it and launch it I get an error saying that I have to uninstall and reinstall but even then it wont start which is annoying with out a client you cant get fps boosts game customisation and other qol things

also I would want it to be a supported game in season 6 of squad rewards.

Here could you please do us a favor? Could you please provide us with the screenshot that showed Cortex asks you to uninstall and reinstall the badlion and lunar clients? We suspect that this error notification may mislead our users. So, that would be great if you can send us the screenshot.

i also found that the logo for the client very blured and pixilated

After investigation, our engineering team confirmed that this pop-up window that asks you to reinstall the Badlion client is not started from Razer Cortex. Possibly, it is from a third-party software app on your PC.



Also, we are sorry that Cortex will not support the Badlion client and Lunar client in the future.



About the client logo, thank you very much for reporting it to us. Our engineering team will try its best to optimize the logos in MY LIBRARY.
